Do I earn points for every purchase?
Yes, you earn 2 points for every $1 spent on all purchases, they will automatically appear in your account after the purchase. If you do not see your points after 24 hours, please contact our customer support team at info@mudadmd.com and we will adjust your points accordingly. Aside from purchase points, you can also earn points by following us on Instagram, referring a friend, reviewing a product that you purchased, and many more ways.

As a MudadMD Skincare Loyalty Program member, you can earn points and enjoy exclusive benefits,

How do I check my MudadMD Skincare Loyalty points balance?
You can easily check your MudadMD Skincare Loyalty points balance by logging into your account on our
website and clicking on the rewards pop-up on the left side of your screen.
Do my loyalty points expire?
As of our current policy, loyalty points expire after 120 days.
Can I use multiple discount codes with my order?
Our system only allows 1 discount or promotional code per order. This does not include the free
shipping you receive on all orders over $100.
Can I share my MudadMD Skincare Loyalty Program benefits with friends or family?
Our MudadMD Skincare Loyalty Program benefits/points are non-transferable and intended for
individual use. Each customer must have their own account to earn and redeem points. But you can
absolutely use existing points/rewards to purchase your friends and family gifts.
Is there a membership fee for the MudadMD Skincare Loyalty Program?
No, our MudadMD Skincare Loyalty Program is entirely free to join. There are no membership fees or
hidden costs associated with becoming a member, just beauty benefits.

The points awarded from the purchase will be removed from your account after a return or cancellation.
Points used are not refunded or added back to your account when a product is returned.
How do I write a review and receive points?
Once your review is published your point balance will adjust automatically, if it does not after 24 hours,
please contact our customer support team at info@mudadmd.com and we will adjust your points
accordingly.
I referred a friend. Why didn’t I receive points?
Thank you for sharing MudadMD Skincare with your friends and family! Once their purchase is
complete, your account balance will be updated after 7 days, adding 100 points, if it does not update
after 7 days, please contact our customer support team at info@mudadmd.com and we will adjust your
points accordingly.
Please note you are not able to refer yourself using another account. MudadMD Skincare reserves the
right to disable any account suspected of abuse of our referral and rewards program.
